Premature Ejaculation
Premature ejaculation is caused by anxiety. Orgasm requires the body to get tensed up. Here are a few causes:
a young man training himself to orgasm quickly during masturbation due to lack of privacy
discomfort with emotional intimacy
discomfort with sexuality, one’s penis
deep down, you want to finish fast
What you can do?
Relax your body. Take slow deep breaths, especially on the exhale. Relax your abdomen.
Find out what’s in the way of you ENJOYING it. Men who enjoy sex want it to last LONGER.
Squeeze technique. When you are close to release, squeeze the base or tip of your penis.
Kegels.
Breaks. As you retrain yourself, stop penis thrusting as you get close.
