Premature Ejaculation
Premature ejaculation is caused by anxiety. Orgasm requires the body to get tensed up. Here are a few causes:
- a young man training himself to orgasm quickly during masturbation due to lack of privacy 
- discomfort with emotional intimacy 
- discomfort with sexuality, one’s penis 
- deep down, you want to finish fast 
What you can do?
- Relax your body. Take slow deep breaths, especially on the exhale. Relax your abdomen. 
- Find out what’s in the way of you ENJOYING it. Men who enjoy sex want it to last LONGER. 
- Squeeze technique. When you are close to release, squeeze the base or tip of your penis. 
- Kegels. 
- Breaks. As you retrain yourself, stop penis thrusting as you get close.
